Information for Our Patients

Here you'll find important information for our patients about your rights and responsibilities towards the practice.

Your Rights & Responsibilities

Access to Dental Records

As both an NHS & Private Dentist, your dental records will remain confidential and secure. However, from time to time we may need to release these to the Local Health Board or the NHS Business Services Authority as part of our ongoing clinical review process. We will try our utmost to contact you before releasing your dental records.

Complaints & Suggestions

If you would like to comment about any aspect of our service, please contact our Practice Manager, Rachel Thomas. If you are unhappy with the response you receive from us, you are entitled to raise the issue with the LHB. For complaints about private dental services, you can phone 0845 612 0540 or visit www.dentalcomplaints.org.uk.

Violence or Abuse

The practice has a 'zero tolerance' to violence and abuse from any member of the public and reserves the right to remove any such persons from our practice, and would press charges regardless.
