Information for Our Patients
Here you will find important information for our patients about your rights and responsibilities towards the practice.
Access to Dental Records
As both an NHS and Private Dentist, your dental records will remain confidential and secure. However, from time to time we may need to release these to the Local Health Board or the NHS Business Services Authority as part of our ongoing review process. We will try our utmost to contact you before releasing your dental records.
Violence or Abuse
The practice has a ‘zero tolerance’ policy towards violence and abuse from any member of the public and reserves the right to remove any such persons from our practice, and would press charges regardless.
Complaints & Suggestions
If you would like to comment about any aspect of our service, please contact our Practice Manager, Donna Brown. If you are unhappy with the response you receive from us, you are entitled to raise the issue with the Local Health Board. For complaints about our private dental services, you can phone 0845 612 0540 or visit http://www.dentalcomplaints.org.uk/.
Discrimination & Equality
The practice is fully-compliant with the Disability Discrimination Act and the Equality Act.
